Mortgage Disclosure & Statement Generator

This web application was developed using specifications provided by Mortgage Depot of Victoria, BC. The application will allow you to store applicant information and print applications together with disclosure statements as required by the Mortgage Brokers Act of BC. With complete entry of all parameters, the cost of borrowing statement and Form 1 - Disclosure Statement may be created with all required information merged into the form.

Forms are displayed in your web browser in PDF format allowing you to either print the form directly, or save as PDF for email transfer.
